  • 1 cup of milk (250m1) + 2 tbsp All Natural Peanut butter or Almond butter (32g) + itbsp natural honey
  • Add all ingredients into shaker & shake untill smooth. Extra : Add 1 banana (if you prefer thick) or Blueberries or Vanilla or Crushed Dry Fruits on top

Serving size: 1 serving

Multigrain PB & Jam Sandwich
Spread Jam/Chocolate PB on one bread and Peanut Butter (Crunchy or Creamy) on other. Put thin Slices of Apple/Strawberries.
